Delivery costs, times and methods
South African delivery costs, times & methods:
We use South African Post Office Insured Mail with Tracking Nr.(unless the Items are big / bulky -i.e. large Easels or Canvas Rolls.)
Delivery Cost (Econoparcel):
Up to 1 kg and not exceeding 458 X 325 X 30: R 29.00.
Ordinary Parcels: R 37.00 for the first kg R5.80 for each additional kg of part of a kg.
These Values are estimated and final Postage Costs can only be known exactly once the Parcel is measured and weighed.
Delivery Times:
Postage times may vary form three ( 3 ) to seven ( 7 ) business days - depending on the time of the Year.
Express Delivery Requests:
You can request Post Office Overnight Delivery (within South Africa) at an additional Cost.This is usually for smaller Items which weight less than 1 kg.
International Shipping to other countries:
International shipping rates are based on the product weight and dimensions. You will be quoted a Shipping Rate according to where you live. International Delivery can take from ( 7 ) seven to ( 21 ) twenty one Business Days. Customs costs are not factored into the end price for International Orders and are payable by you, the customer and may vary from country to country.
We prefer to ship the Items to YOUR prefered Courier within South Africa (for example to your Road Freight Service in Johannesburg which will then invoice you for Freight from Johannesburg to Zambia)
In South Africa we use the South African Post Office Insured Mail Service. Since 2006 this service has been 100% reliable and we have not lost one single package. You will be issued a Tracking Number for your package once it is ready for delivery.
